Gilt Catering Co. is an elite, professional catering company servicing the Kitchener-Waterloo area and beyond. Run by three passionate women who also happen to be best friends, the Gilt team has vast experience in food, beverage, events, and hospitality. Simply put, we love what we do, and we're good at it.
With a start in restaurants, we know what it means to put the guest first. It's not just about the food! It is about the experience around the food and brining people together over sounds of "you have to try this!" and "oh my gosh, yum!"'s. We're changing the catering game and won't settle for "banquet" food or service. You shouldn't either.
Like us, our Executive Chef, Alannah Harvey, found her love for food through travel and world class experiences. Working at some of the most elite restaurants in Canada, she found her home with us and uses our catering menus as an avenue for creativity and culinary excellence. Her goal is give you the best food you've ever had- food that is familiar but elevated beyond compare.
We don’t have a “one size fits all” catering program. We offer unique, one-of-a-kind food and beverage options that are perfectly curated and designed depending on the needs of the client. We realize that each person and company is looking for something different depending on the experience they're looking to deliver to their guests.
