With roots in the restaurant industry, we are able to provide a high-end quality meal to you and your guests, served efficiently, proudly, and with professional service. We want to be approachably elevated- not pretentious- and we will be the best meal your guests have ever had at a wedding, or ever!

Gilt can also cater to any type or size of venue or guest list and still "wow" your guests with specialty ingredients, intricate techniques, and fusion flavours!

With our experienced team, your wedding catering will exceed expectations and have your guests completely satisfied. Avoid "typical wedding food" with a meal that will have your guests raving for weeks, months, and even years after!

Menus and their design.

Our Executive Chef, Alannah Harvey, has curated three different types of menus for any style or caliber of event. Our Gilt Classic Menus is our go-to, gold standard. You've probably had them before! These menus are designed for everyone and anyone and the menus you will receive by default with an inquiry! Our instagram is filled with our Classic Menus and what we see at 95% of our weddings.

We then have our Exclusive Menus available to anyone. These menus are an outlet for our Executive Chef to get creative, experiment, and explore technique and flavours. These are culinary masterpieces, yet still approachable. We suggest these for anyone looking for something different - maybe you have had our Classic dishes many of times or are looking for dishes that feel more elevated in both ingredients and intricacies, to further impress.

Lastly, we have our Family-style Menus. These menus aren't just about the food but how it is received and the atmosphere it creates. These menus are rooted in tradition and togetherness. Equally as elevated as our Exclusive Menus, these menus are the experience, and not just a part of it.
